The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 20, line 9, by striking, “(h)” and inserting “(g)”;

And,

One page 1, line 10, after the period by inserting the following: “The plan shall be completed and presented to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resources Accountability by January 1, 2021.”
